What Dr Diệp does

Dr Phạm Ngọc Diệp holds the title BS.CKI (specialist level I, a postgraduate clinical qualification in Vietnam). She works in general and cosmetic dentistry: check-ups, cleaning, fillings, whitening, and crowns alongside Dr Khôi. She has 12 years in practice and practising licence no. 000052/HCM-GPHN (fictional). If you are not sure what you need, a check-up with her is a sensible place to start.

Her services: check-ups, teeth cleaning, fillings, teeth whitening and crowns.

A visit with Dr Diệp

Dr Diệp starts every visit with one question: what worries you most? For some people it is cost, for others the feeling of the chair, or a past dental visit that did not go well. Your answer decides what she explains first.

While she works, she tells you what comes next: when the instrument will vibrate, when something may feel sensitive, when you will need to keep your mouth open for a while. Raise a hand and she stops. For a cleaning or a deep filling, she asks whether you want a local anaesthetic rather than deciding for you.

Before whitening, she examines you and tells you plainly if whitening is not advisable yet, or if crowns and fillings on your front teeth will not change colour. At the end of a check-up you receive a written plan and quote, valid for 30 days.

Days and languages

Dr Diệp works Monday to Saturday, within clinic hours: weekdays 8:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 19:00, Saturday 8:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 17:00. She consults in Vietnamese. If you need explanations in English, choose Dr Khôi or Dr Tùng when you book, or bring someone who can interpret.

She wrote how often to get your teeth cleaned and reviews the check-up questions on the FAQ page.

You can book with Dr Diệp. The clinic phones to confirm within 2 working hours, and you can change or cancel free of charge up to 12 hours before.
