Dental FAQ: real questions about cost, appointments and treatment
Fifteen common questions: cost, payment plans, treatment time, warranty, what a procedure feels like. Answers are reviewed by the clinic's dentists.
Is the first check-up free?
The 30-minute exam and consultation costs nothing. A panoramic X-ray (from 200,000 VND) or Cone Beam CT (from 500,000 VND) only if the dentist asks for one. You leave with a written plan and quote, valid for 30 days.
Are the prices on the site final?
No. They are starting prices listed on 4 October 2026. The final price is set after the exam and written into the treatment plan, with what is not included.
Can I choose my dentist?
Yes. When booking you pick the service and then a dentist, or "any dentist". The calendar shows only the days that dentist works.
Is my booking confirmed straight away?
Not yet. The request stays pending until the clinic phones to confirm, within 2 working hours.
How do I change or cancel?
Free up to 12 hours before, by phone on 0963 929 241. After two no-shows without notice, the next online booking asks for a 200,000 VND deposit, credited to the bill.
When is a deposit needed?
None for exams, consultations, cleaning or fillings. For implant surgery, bone grafts, wisdom tooth surgery, in-clinic whitening and the start of braces: 20% of the quote, at most 5,000,000 VND, credited to the bill and refunded if you cancel more than 48 hours ahead.
Can I pay in instalments?
For treatment from 10,000,000 VND: staged payment at the clinic (30% when the plan is agreed, the rest over up to 12 months, no interest), or a linked credit card at 0% over 6, 9 or 12 months if the bank approves.
What warranty do crowns and implants carry?
Crowns 5 years for material and lab work, implant posts 10 years on the manufacturer’s terms, fillings 12 months. Condition: a review every 6 months. The warranty covers materials and workmanship, not a biological outcome.
Do the dentists speak English?
Dr Khôi and Dr Tùng can explain in English.
From what age do you see children?
From age 3, with Dr Hà My. A parent stays in the room throughout. When booking for a child, give the parent’s name and the child’s age.
What if I have severe pain or a swollen face?
The clinic does not run an emergency service. In opening hours, call 0963 929 241. Out of hours, or if breathing or swallowing is hard: call 115 or go to the nearest emergency department.
How are instruments sterilised?
Instruments are packed per patient, steam-sterilised and logged; single-use items are discarded after each patient.
