Privacy policy: how the data you send is used and deleted
What booking data is collected, how long it is kept, who can see it, how to ask to view, correct or delete it. Do not put medical history in the booking note.
Updated 5 Oct 2026
The An Nhiên website only takes booking requests. It does not hold medical records or X-rays, and it does not need your medical history. This page says what we collect, what we use it for, how long we keep it, and how to ask to see, correct or delete it.
What we collect
When you book on the booking page, or through an assistant that uses the clinic’s booking tools, we receive:
- Your name and phone number.
- An email address, if you choose to give one.
- The service, dentist, date and time you chose.
- A reason for the visit, up to 200 characters.
- Your consent for the clinic to use these details to arrange the visit.
- When booking for a child: the parent’s name and the child’s age.
That is all. The site does not ask for a passport or ID number, a home address or photos.
Keep medical history out of the note
The reason field is for a few words, such as “sensitive lower back tooth with cold drinks” or “questions about braces”. Please leave out medical history, medicines, ID numbers and card numbers. The system rejects a reason containing a run of 9 or more digits and removes links. Tell the dentist about your health in person at the clinic.
What it is used for, and who sees it
Booking details are used to hold the time with the dentist, for the receptionist to phone and confirm within 2 working hours, and for reminders. They are seen by the receptionist and the dentist you booked. We do not sell or rent them, and we do not use them for advertising.
How long we keep it
Booking requests that never led to a visit are deleted after 12 months. Once you have been seen, treatment notes go into the clinic’s own patient record, kept under the rules for medical practice and separate from the website.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your booking details, and you can withdraw consent. Write to contact@thenexova.com or call 0963 929 241 during opening hours. We reply within 72 hours, and may ask about a detail of the booking to make sure the request comes from you.
The law that applies
Vietnam’s Personal Data Protection Law, no. 91/2025/QH15, has been in force since 1 January 2026. According to a summary by the Cần Thơ Department of Justice (in Vietnamese), the law divides personal data into basic and sensitive data, mentions data linked to health, requires processing for a stated purpose with the consent of the person concerned, and lists rights to be informed, to consent, to access, correct and delete, to restrict processing and to object.
We have read the law only through that news summary, not its full text, so this page does not cite article numbers. We treat anything about health as sensitive data and keep as little of it on the website as we can. A real clinic using this page should check the full text of the law and its implementing rules first.
Rescheduling, cancelling and deposits are covered in the booking terms. Other questions about your data can go through the contact page.
Who actually receives your details on this demo
This is a demo website built by THE NEXOVA. What you send through its forms, and any call to 0963 929 241, Zalo message or email to contact@thenexova.com from this site, reaches THE NEXOVA (thenexova.com). We use it only to get back to you, never sell or share it, and delete it when you ask at contact@thenexova.com.
