When you agree, the clinic takes a deposit of 20% of the quote, at most 5,000,000 VND, credited to the bill. 3. **Placing the post**You get a local anaesthetic in the surgery room. The dentist asks how you feel and stops when you ask. Swelling and tenderness for a few days are possible; you get written aftercare. 4. **Healing into the bone**Usually 2 to 6 monthsThe post needs time to bond with the jawbone. You come for reviews so the dentist can check healing and how stable the post is. 5. **Abutment and crown**The dentist takes impressions, the lab makes the crown, then the abutment and crown are fitted and the bite adjusted.
