What the titles mean: BS.CKI is specialist level I and BS.CKII specialist level II, both postgraduate clinical qualifications in Vietnam; ThS.BS is a Master of Science who is also a medical doctor. ## Why a clinic has to show this

Three documents in force apply directly:

- **Law on Medical Examination and Treatment 15/2023/QH15**, Article 7 point 20 ([text on VCCI](https://vcci.com.vn/legal-document/luat-kham-benh-chua-benh-2023), in Vietnamese; kept in the [consolidated text 26/VBHN-VPQH](https://luatvietnam.vn/y-te/van-ban-hop-nhat-26-vbhn-vpqh-2026-hop-nhat-luat-kham-benh-chua-benh-427352-d5.html) of 26 February 2026): it bans advertising beyond the licensed scope of practice, and using medical knowledge to advertise falsely about examination and treatment.
- **Decree 342/2025/NĐ-CP** (in force from 15 February 2026), Article 9: an ad for examination and treatment services must give the facility’s name, address, operating licence number and opening hours, and the scope of practice approved by the health authority. We read this through [LuatVietnam’s summary](https://luatvietnam.vn/linh-vuc-khac/yeu-cau-bat-buoc-doi-voi-noi-dung-quang-cao-tu-15-2-2026-883-106300-article.html); the decree’s full text was not opened.
- **Amended Advertising Law 75/2025/QH15** (in force from 1 January 2026): ads must be truthful, accurate and clear, and must not mislead about features, quality or effects (read through [an article in the People’s Court Journal](https://tapchitoaan.vn/mot-so-diem-moi-dang-chu-y-cua-luat-quang-cao-sua-doi-bo-sung-nam-202515012.html)).

That is why this block sits in the footer of every page, with each dentist’s licence number added here so you can check for yourself.

Not checked: whether a pre-publication approval of advertising content is still required for medical services after 15 February 2026\. A real clinic using this template should read Article 9 of Decree 342/2025/NĐ-CP in full and ask the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health.
